6. DELIVERY

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. Regal Hookah LLC will refund all payments, including shipping costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving the User’s withdrawal request, using the same payment method.
8. RETURNS
In the case of defective products or incorrect deliveries, the User must notify Regal Hookah LLC immediately. The returned product will be examined, and a refund or replacement will be processed accordingly.
9. EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY
Regal Hookah LLC will not be liable for business losses, indirect damages, or any other losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.
